i think that explains it for today, i've now realised that everything i've tried to do, everything that i've wanted to work out for the best has just made me completely miserable with myself

its pretty paradoxical if you think about it, how can trying to do whats right fuck you over so many times in a day, i don't actually have an answer, well i don't have a good answer
